Better communication. I feel like Monique did the best she could that she was given. There were some promised calls that were never made or returned but I think that’s more due to not having the answers yet. I’m not sure why our refinance was delayed a whole month but a lot of my issues that I had during the process were do to Rodney on my team not being reachable for questions. When he was finally tracked down a week later he gave incorrect information that delayed the closing.

THE LOAN PROCESS WAS A CHALLENGE, IN THIS DIFFICULT TIME AS THE PANDEMIC., BUT THE LOAN OFFICERS GOT THE TIME AND EXPERIENCE TO KEEP THE PROCESS IN TIME. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THEM. THANK YOU.

It is very unpleasant to work with a company that discriminants against veterans. I found PennyMac to be disgusting. Late to every single appointment, rescheduling's, wrong information, it was absolutely terrible.

Barbara was great. Always returned calls/messages within reasonable time. Due to the boom in refinance demand it took longer that I thought but out of her control so no hard feelings.
