There was no B.S. the process was easy and unlike the other brands I called, they stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. Courteous and knowledgeable.
Better communication. I feel like Monique did the best she could that she was given. There were some promised calls that were never made or returned but I think that’s more due to not having the answers yet. I’m not sure why our refinance was delayed a whole month but a lot of my issues that I had during the process were do to Rodney on my team not being reachable for questions. When he was finally tracked down a week later he gave incorrect information that delayed the closing.
The closing process was very thorough and all my questions were answered. This made me very comfortable proceeding with my refinance.
THE LOAN PROCESS WAS A CHALLENGE, IN THIS DIFFICULT TIME AS THE PANDEMIC., BUT THE LOAN OFFICERS GOT THE TIME AND EXPERIENCE TO KEEP THE PROCESS IN TIME. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THEM. THANK YOU.
Barbara was great. Always returned calls/messages within reasonable time. Due to the boom in refinance demand it took longer that I thought but out of her control so no hard feelings.
