Easy
The refinance process couldn’t have been easier.
I feel that the process should have been a quicker process. The communication could have been better. Someone could have called weekly since the whole process took from August & just closed in November.
Katelyn was great!! She was easy to deal with and on top of everything!!
Jericha was amazing to work with she went above and beyond in my opinion when the title company was having some issues and did what she could to help solve the problems. Definitely made the experience much better. I would highly recommend doing business with her again if I need another mortgage loan in the future.

Still waiting on my check that was supposed to issued at closing that was not at closing. It's been a month.
Inability to communicate with the requisite personnel to get clarity on preceding steps. I felt I was given the run around; I was promised return calls and received zero follow-up. The process has taken so long that I am receiving calls from the collections department because I changed my auto drafts to coincide with the new loan. I am very disappointed with Penny at this point. If my issue is not resolved within 24 hours I am going to void the contract.
