Wonderful service.
Communication from My Team was pretty much only one way...they would notify me of the random progress and general information, but when I would follow up or reach out with any questions, I didn't hear anything back.
Someone was supposed to reach out to us about a horrible experience with our Penny mac agent but never did. Don't feel like you care.
Not happy with the service I received
I was very happy with the level of communication from the start to finish of the loan process. All questions were answered with great detail.
Barbara was wonderful. I just want it to be known that Gregory Ligon is absolutely terrible. I called him 4-5 times and also went they Barbara to have him answer my question. No reply. If it wasn’t for Barbara I would have left and went elsewhere.
Information about my refinance was communicated to me in a concise and understandable way so there were no unpleasant surprises. Great professional team.
From begining to the end of the closing went extremely smooth. This wad the best home buying/refinance process that I have ever experienced in all my home purchases. Richard was great and very easy to work with, he kept me informed step by step and made sure my wife and I understood the #s and process. I'm still amazed at how stress less and effortless the refi process was with Pennymac, I'm definitely recommending PennyMac to family and friends.
