Closing was within 3 weeks and very streamlined.
When I have to spend a MINIMUM of 2.5 hours on the phone just to get ahold of ANYONE that could help or answer my questions it’s just absurd. Your call back phone answering system is worthless, you MUST provide all clients with direct connect phone numbers. The only two people I was EVER able to get ahold of was Joshua leatherman and Juan Soto. Delay in closing and was not communicated well. I had to follow up multiple times and had to call the VP to be able to get a concrete answer and time frame for closing.
