When I have to spend a MINIMUM of 2.5 hours on the phone just to get ahold of ANYONE that could help or answer my questions it’s just absurd. Your call back phone answering system is worthless, you MUST provide all clients with direct connect phone numbers. The only two people I was EVER able to get ahold of was Joshua leatherman and Juan Soto. Your company clearly exceeded the original time frame we were supposed to close by, and I had to fight, calling almost everyday just to try to keep my re

The entire process was very smooth and everyone was very responsive whenever I had a question. PennyMac has been outstanding as a loan service and we are happy to remain with them through this refinance process.

Delay in closing and was not communicated well. I had to follow up multiple times and had to call the VP to be able to get a concrete answer and time frame for closing.

Very easy - from intake through processing and closing. Saved a bunch of money - very straightforward with very little work on my end. Electronic processing and uploading made document submission very easy.
