We had a positive experience with PennyMac. Our Home Loan Specialist, Katelyn, was helpful throughout the entire process. She was pleasant, responsive and a pleasure to work with.
Returned calls ASAP. Friendly and efficient
I understand it is a very busy time because of the low interest rates and our communication was great in the beginning. About half way through though we kept being told when our loan would be done and that date would roll around and I would not hear from anyone unless I called for an update. This made me nervous that we would miss an important deadline and lose our rate. This went on for quite some time.
Everything went great. We had no problems refinancing.
