Better communication and prompt communication between and from Jericha. As the refinance process moved forward it got to a point she just flat out ignored our emails and calls. There was a tremendous lack of communication and miscommunication between documents needed. We ended up having to contact a VP out the issues. Overall we are not happy with the whole process.

I originally applied online and uploaded my documents on June 28th. Noone called me to start my process. I waited for 8 weeks, started calling the dispatchers to get me in touch with a FL lender. That lasted 3 more weeks of waiting on the phone and finally got someone. I thought I was being pranked. After that, this loan person, started my process over and from there everything was fine. My issue is this process took 2 and a half months longer than needed to because I used the preferred method.

Having someone to be able to reach out to at all times. I understand the times we are in, but getting someone on the phone when needed was difficult. My Mac Team should be listed with phone numbers and individual emails.

The process was handled exactly as smooth and quick as I was told it would be in the beginning and I had no problems from start to finish. I will recomend PennyMac to any one that ask and tell them the same thing I have said here today. my wife and I are completely satisfied. We have no complaints.
