Better communication and prompt communication between and from Jericha. As the refinance process moved forward it got to a point she just flat out ignored our emails and calls. There was a tremendous lack of communication and miscommunication between documents needed. We ended up having to contact a VP out the issues. Overall we are not happy with the whole process.

1.) The communication from this company is awful. Non-direct emails (emails that go to general mailboxes instead if specific people is a major part of that problem. 2.) Sales people seem to have no interest in servicing customers (especially those that already have mortgages with your company). 3.) This process should have gone much smoother than it did. Since I already had a loan with Penny Mac, it should have been a "lay-up." Instead it took a full month longer than it should have.

The process was handled exactly as smooth and quick as I was told it would be in the beginning and I had no problems from start to finish. I will recomend PennyMac to any one that ask and tell them the same thing I have said here today. my wife and I are completely satisfied. We have no complaints.

Richard was excellent, however getting information from PennyMac in general takes forever and several phone calls to get the person one needs to talk to. Too many questions to have to answer to just be able to talk to someone.
