No one told us not to pay our taxes so we spent extra money. Took weeks for everyone to understand we didn't want an escrow. Other than that everything was great!

It was a very quick process. That’s good. It was nice to be able to stay with my current provider. It took a couple requests to get an answer to a question about the closing document. I was told the VA requires no longer than a 36 month payback yet the document at signing said it was going to be 42 months. Hmm. The process may have been rushed. But, no regrets.
