It wasn't always clear by the emails if documents or signatures were being requested. The closing cost from what was initially quoted to final changed by nearly $1,000.00 which was unexpected. Instead of receiving +- $670 on closing I ended up paying over $400.

Good experience. Website is modern an up to date. One potential improvement is i would like to see a list of what documents have been uploaded in the refinance tool.
Refinance was easily and seamless. Would recommend them to anyone.

Loan took over 3months to close. Fees were higher than originally disclosed.
I was kept updated on the process regularly which was very helpful. When I had a question, a response came usually within 24 hours. Closing date changed from early October to early November but I was notified in plenty of time. Very easy process.
My contacts were most helpful very patient and very informative and super nice to work with!
