With the COVID 19 virus going on. They were very professional to have my loan process. I’m very satisfied it closed ahead of time.
During this loan process documents that had already been requested and submitted were requested multiple times after. While going through the process the agent was unable to provide accurate information as it pertained to why closing amounts increased and if certain payments would be applied to my closing amount. During the process I received a few emails that stated that I would be contacted every 7 days in reference to my loan and that was not accurate. Sometimes it would be almost two weeks.

Barbara Hernandez kept me updated during the entire process. The closing went smoothly. Everything was done in a timely matter and made very easy for me.
I did a streamline refinance and it was just that streamline. My experience was swift and my finance representative (Barbara Bellamy) was informative and kept me abreast with needed details. This refinance saved me nearly $400 a month. I'm so thankful and grateful.

Barbara was very pleasant to work with she was excellent. The only problem we had is with the title company getting a notary on a set time and or even showing up to the appointment. Several times the appointment was canceled. Extending the closing time.
