fROM START TO FINISH OF MY REFINANCE, I HAD NO PROBLEMS, EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED WAS TOLD AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PROCESS AND THERE WASN'T ANYTHING ELSE THAT I NEEDED TO DO. I HAD SOME ISSUES WITH IDENTIFICATION AND MY LOAN PROCESSOR DID EVERYTHING SHE COULD TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO SIGN AND CLOSE! EVERYTHING WORKED OUT THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO.
Easy process and my questions were answered in a timely manner. Our loan specialist was great to work with.

I had a hard time rating my experience. I’m not one to get worked up, so it’s really not a big deal, but the process was not cut and dry and easily could have frustrated someone wanting better communication. Requests for signatures were received and not actually needed, I’d email directly with a question and only get the automated response to expect a delay, and at the end out closing date was chosen and then no one showed up. Small annoyances to me, but not great business practices.

The application process for a refinancing was surprisingly much simpler than I expected it to be. Thanks to some great advice from Tyler, I chose a rate that has huge benefits over the life of the loan. Thanks Tyler!
