Richard Kinsey was awesome. When had to leave the state on emergency travel, he facilitated the necessary requirements for a POA and "virtual" closing. Everything went off without a hitch! Thanks!
No one told us not to pay our taxes so we spent extra money. Took weeks for everyone to understand we didn't want an escrow. Other than that everything was great!
