The process was quick and easy even when I kinda got stuck on a step I was called back and explained the process . They actually closed quicker than I expected and worked around my time frame while I was on vacation. Everything was prepared and ready when I returned and the agent wore a mask and was friendly and we maintained our social distancing as well.i literally have nothing at all to say negative about of the people or process.
I was told one thing during the initial conversation but when it came down to closing that wasn’t happening. Then I had to fight for over a week to get the answers. I still ended up having to bring money to close which I was told I would not have to.
I submitted my VA rapid refi and it was supposed to close on September 2nd. The notary showed up with paperwork completely wrong. In fact, some of the documents said Penny Mac was paying me over $300k in closing. Additionally, the closing did not accurately depict my payment by $600. When the issue was identified it took 6 additional weeks to correct the issue. This was completely disappointing but if it were me, you would hit my credit. Unsatisfied and disappointed in the process and Penny MAC.

Difficult in getting ahold of processor for clarification questions. Some confusion on the closing date.
