I closed faster than estimated. My loan officer was available by phone or email when needed. I enjoyed having the tool online to follow along with the step my loan was on.

Pennymac made our refi quick and painless. Everything was explained in detail. Questions were answered quickly and in detail. Would use them again and again! Great experience!
The whole experience from start to finish was great
I would Like to say Monique was fantastic, called me back promptly and just a sweet lady. What made this a horrible experience is we closed two month late which cost me and additional $2000 plus the $1900 additional house payments I had to make. As far as recommending penny Mac to a family or friend, I have actually told two people I know who bought houses recently to steer clear of you.
Very easy process from telephone calls to email exchanges to closing .
Overall the experience was great. There were a few mishaps where I had to call multiple times which I believe PennyMac should of called but overall it was good. I had to use a POA and I made sure to ask if I had to fill out a questionnaire and was told no that the title company would contact me. I got an email 3 hrs before my signing that I have to fill out the questionnaire within the hour or I would have to reschedule my signing (which I had to because it was during while I was working.)
RONSHA LAWSON and everyone from the team were very knowledgeable, courteous and kept us informed through the process. Process went very smoothly. The whole process was very professional and we wete always kept informed slong the way.
