Took too long to close, the new loan is not reflecting the last payment PennyMac took from old loan. Still don’t know if the last payment to the old loan will be credited to the new loan. Pretty frustrated, in all honesty.
This refi was so fast! We’ve been pleasantly surprised with how easy working with Penny Mac has been. Please don’t ever sell our loan. We’d like to continue with PennyMac for the life of our loan.
Fast and easy better rates then most
It was effortless from beginning to end. I submitted a simple request for refinancing information from the website and received a call with 5 minutes. I then was provided a number of options and I appreciated that I was not just given the differences in dollar amounts, but that the pros and cons of each option was explained to me. As the process moved along I quickly had any questions answered due the open line of communication I was offered. Great experience overall, Thank You!!!!!
The process of financing or refinancing home loans can be frustrating and bothersome. This was not the experience I encountered. My loan processor was very kind and often contacted me to update me on the status. She directed me to resources when I have questions she couldn’t answer. All in all I had a good experience with my refi.
