Barbara Bellamy was incredibly helpful and patient in all of my questions and worked diligently to adjust the loan in such a way that we could afford the closing costs, after the initial closing disclosure included more than 4.5x the cash-to-close that we were promised by our previous loan officer. While the process didn't go as smoothly as I would like, once Barbara was handling it, I immediately felt more confident that it would be resolved successfully, and she sent frequent status updates.
The timeline from application to closing was too long and inconsistent with what I was told when I applied. Multiple request for the same documents. My loan officer Marcia Wiggins did a great job of guiding me through the process. I don't believe any of the issues should be contributed to her. I was also contacted by multiple people to do my closing. Two people actually showed up for the closing.
Both Jami Manning and Jericha Kane did an outstanding job with our loan application. From the initial negotiations with Jami, through the detailed documentation and closing process with Jericha, we always felt that both ladies were "on our side" and took outstanding care of us. Recommend raises and promotions for both!
Pennymac and Katelyn Shea were wonderful to deal with for our refinance. Katelyn always answered my questions, returned calls and emails promptly and was very professional yet friendly. Very happy with the service I received.
