Loan closing was fast and without issue. Everyone were talked to was helpful and responsive. Closing costs were higher than I would have liked, but we got a great rate, which will save us a lot of money in the end. Overall, was a positive experience.

MY rating is not specifically rated towards my involvement with Yamila. It is concerning the callback system. I believe I spoke with Yamila once. It seemed I would talk to one person and could never reach them again. I would get a message (not knowing it was PM) call back within seconds and get the automated voice mail. I don't think I ever spoke to one person more than one time and that's frustrating.
The team of employees that helped me worked to make transactions seamless. They worked to help me complete my goal of refinancing home good experience. They showed good communication skills and were very knowledgeable.
Consider another option, just good enough and great are far apart. Our experience was good but not great.
Fast, efficient process with excellent communication throughout. Online interface is easy to understand and utilize to upload documents and track progress.
