I was told that I would be receiving weekly updates from Marcia. But I only received updates when I sent an email asking where we were in the process.

The process of refinancing our loan went swiftly and will few problems. The only issue we had was with incorrect names on one set of documents, but the correction was handled quickly. Our representative was always helpful and quick with responses to any of our questions.

The numbers never match, and never accurate from beginning going back and forth with person who started my loans to the person following up with me had rescheduled 4 times for the next 3 weeks to close my documentation. Numbers were never accurate to what I was told constantly changed through out process, It was frustrating. I ended up paying more for closing cost. I finally close doc with notary. Susan and Barbara call Me to correct my doc, I told them it’s all done and sign. Bad serv

It was overall very good. There were occasional concurrent and conflicting messages received. I’m also still missing my abstract and related information.
