Smooth, easy to understand process. All interactions with Penny Mac employees were a pleasure and my conversations answered all my questions and completely prepared my wife and I for the closing process. It was such a relief dealing with informed people who speak English.
Working with Penny Mac was quick and painless. Everything was done over the phone and through their website. We did a 30 year VA Refinance with them at 2.25% which was the best rate we had seen around. For us it almost seemed to be too good to be true but now that we closed everything they told us was came to fruition. We are happy to have them as our lender for the next 30 years. Barbara (Loan Processor) was wonderful !! The Loan Officer, Conrad and Erik, should have communicated and responded to calls. I had to select the technology option to speak with a live person in order to leave a msg with the Loan Officer or ask them to transfer my call to directly to the Loan officers extension.
