Great communication over all and a very smooth process
We did a VA streamline. We had the initial communication with Jason who was excellent. We got a note from Rhashid. We called her to ask about the Insurance and property tax. They were due to be paid before our closing date. She could not answer the questions. We got may 3 more emails asking about the title. We initiated one other call to inquire about closing date. Then we were texted from the closing agent to set time.
It was quick and fast with no problems from start to finish
Jericha and everyone I worked with really surprised me with their customer focus. Jericha really listened to my questions and immediately addressed concerns throughout the process. I got a great rate and awesome customer service. I never thought I'd be recommending a bank or mortgage company, but the service quality really set PennyMac apart. Thank you Jericha.

I believe that the reason we had such a great experience is all due to Yamila Jaimes our Home Loan Specialist. She clearly explained the entire process to us, all required timelines, everything that was needed of us! When speaking to her on the phone it was like talking to an old friend! We totally appreciated her outstanding customer service! The next time that I have anything to do with PennyMac she will be the first person I call even if that’s not her area..lol!
