To deal with one person.I was always getting different people to talk to. I would never recommend this way of buying a home. And the closing Company was the worst. Amrock lost my checks. I had to call them several times. Then I received to separate envelopes with duplicate checks. I deposited the first on in the morning and when I got home from work I had another delivered to my house. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. They were also very prompt and thorough when answering ALL of my questions! 😄😁
Got check's to pay off three creditors when I thought Penny Mac was going to pay them off

The process was very stressful, Darcel answered all of my questions and always got right back to me.
The loan process went awesome and smooth
The process went well with the exception of My phone and email messages not being returned. I sent in the evidence needed for a new CD due to a creditor being paid off in full but never received call back. The closing documents were in accurate and now I have to wait for a refund of that money. I Had to contact a loan specialist for the second time who turned out being excellent. That’s my only complaint. It’s important for the customer to receive a reply to email inquiries/or phone calls
I never got to speak to just one person every time I called I had to talk to a different person that didn’t seem to know what was going on with my loan.
It was a pleasure having Candice Williams help me throughout the process. She was very polite and answered all my questions. Give that girl a raise!
