The process went well with the exception of My phone and email messages not being returned. I sent in the evidence needed for a new CD due to a creditor being paid off in full but never received call back. The closing documents were in accurate and now I have to wait for a refund of that money. I Had to contact a loan specialist for the second time who turned out being excellent. That’s my only complaint. It’s important for the customer to receive a reply to email inquiries/or phone calls

I never got to speak to just one person every time I called I had to talk to a different person that didn’t seem to know what was going on with my loan.

All people I dealt with during my refinance where amazing and very patient as I asked numerous questions to make sure that I understood what was going on. Super easy experience
