Process was fast and I got a better interest rate than I thought I would.
At the beginning of the application process I requested that everything be rolled into the loan, escrow from original loan and any debits. I was hoping for no cash due at closing, either owed to me or that I I needed to bring to closing. Apparently that wasn't possible. When it was time to close I was actually given three different amounts. On the phone call discussing the closing I was told that I owed $3.86, the closing document emailed to me said that I owed .10, but ended paying $6.00!
PennyMac staff made our refinance process easy and painless. You kept the documentation required down to a sensible minimum, which we really appreciate. Communication was timely and accurate. When we had a question or didn't understand something in the process, your staff (including Marcia Wiggins and Dino Rousseve) responded quickly and spent the time with us to make sure we understood fully. This was the easiest and most trouble free refinance we have ever done. Thank you very much!

I was not made aware that I needed a check for $66 at closing. I was told that there was no cash out of hand. Needless to say that was something I should have been made aware off.

Marcia Wiggins is an exceptional representative of your company. She was clear and accurate with everything I needed as well as working through any issues I had immediately. She was, as well, a pleasent voice on the phone. May not seem like much but her friendly demeaner is not the norm in customer service yet she makes it look easy.
