The process was easy for most part .Ronsha kept us up to date and answered our questions promptly.
Great, from start to finish.
When you call them and let a message to call me back because probably you have a question, I don't received that call back. Then I call again. Also nobody discusses the final numbers before I closing. Luckily I work in mortgage before and I know how to read a settlement and truth in lending and understand the process.
The constant communication was excellent.
