Great experience
The process was easy and everyone was very courteous and professional.
I was told I needed to have a termite inspection done but was never asked to upload the document. I could have saved $150 and a bunch of time if I had known I didn't need this done.

I think the overall experience was great from start to finish. My wife and I had a smooth process and everything we were told was accurate and on time. It was a great experience. In fact it was so good I already referred PennyMac to a colleague. Amanda was very nice and answered all of our questions and guided us very well. She was awesome.
