Great experience feeling with Penny Mac. Helpful the whole way thru the process
Great communication with Evelyn. Questions were answered promptly. Mostly accurate however funding was delayed by three days but Evelyn handled that very well.
Everything went well with the loan process. The best experience was when they tried to reach my husband even if he’s in far away island they will absolutely send someone for notary out there. That’s amazing! Process is so fast and the outcome is excellent. Ms Linda Horne who gave her best shot to make this process the best experience we’ve ever had. Thank you. I will absolutely recommend PENNYMAC to my friends and family.
Great communication from Evelyn, loan officer brad did not reply to my emails or return my phone call after loan was originated and in processing. Very disappointed with him. Everyone else was great!
