I was told Loan Officer was going to call me on 2 occasions when I was upset, they did NOT! My completed closing paperwork was sent to my second vacation home and set on the porch. Unacceptable, dangerous and unprofessional. I had a better offer (rate) and was told, we'll match it only to then be told it was not an official offer, can't match.
