Matt Gillespie was amazing to deal with. Marcia was very helpful as well. I didn't want to rate her low however the person that scheduled my closing gave me incorrect information regarding what payments would be due. I was told that I would not owe my March or April payment on my current loan, however I did need to pay my March loan. This created a hardship for me regarding making sure that payment was covered last minute.
It was a seamless process
Great experience. I was nervous but the staff at Pennymac made me feel comfortable about it.
