I was told Loan Officer was going to call me on 2 occasions when I was upset, they did NOT! My completed closing paperwork was sent to my second vacation home and set on the porch. Unacceptable, dangerous and unprofessional. I had a better offer (rate) and was told, we'll match it only to then be told it was not an official offer, can't match. Matt Gillespie was amazing to deal with. Marcia was very helpful as well. I didn't want to rate her low however the person that scheduled my closing gave me incorrect information regarding what payments would be due. I was told that I would not owe my March or April payment on my current loan, however I did need to pay my March loan. This created a hardship for me regarding making sure that payment was covered last minute.
Great experience. I was nervous but the staff at Pennymac made me feel comfortable about it.
