The team that I was given with Penny Mac was exceptional they communicated with me often they called me whenever anything was needed they called to confirm that I received things I responded promptly and they responded promptly as well whenever I had a question somebody was there to answer it whenever I sent an email I always received a response they were great
Team was great. Had weekly check ins and they worked very well with my hectic work schedule. Definitely will use them again
Kelly Lange did a great job of closing the deal. There were other players in the process that seemed to drop the ball, however I will give them the benefit of the doubt due to the pandemic. Joe Rodriguez, Affan, and Kelly dug in hard to get it done.

Ben was amazing to work with. He was thorough in his answers and gave me all the time attention I needed to make sure I was comfortable and understanding everything. He was extremely professional and courteous. He did so well that I actually referred my Dad to him who is the middle of closing a refinance with you now. Lana was amazing as well. Brent and I had minimal communication (simply because he came in towards the end) but he was attentive in his check in calls and voicemails! Thank you!
