Our closing documents were not accurate and had to be redone , at times it was difficult to get ahold or a loan agent to receive an update or information about the process .

Antonio Torres was awesome! He communicated effectively with me the entire time during my refinance. He was easy to talk to and just an overall nice guy. I would highly recommend Pennymac and Antonio Torres as your representative.
Adrianna Doolittle was the best and I have nothing but a great experience with her. The issue is with the loan officer and the previous two processors who did a horrible job. The communication was terrible with all three and the information I received was also terrible.
I really appreciated the information I received while submitting the application. I thought that process was very smooth and easy and I felt that I was given all of the important information. After the application was submitted, I received less information and the communication was not as thorough/clear or friendly. That being said, the overall process was smooth and was completed as-expected, so I was pleased with the end result!
PennyMac did a great job with our refinance. They communicated well through email and phone call, keeping us up to date throughout the whole process. Michael was easy to talk to and accessible by email and phone for all of our questions. Thanks for a painless closing!
