I really appreciated the information I received while submitting the application. I thought that process was very smooth and easy and I felt that I was given all of the important information. After the application was submitted, I received less information and the communication was not as thorough/clear or friendly. That being said, the overall process was smooth and was completed as-expected, so I was pleased with the end result!
Everyone involved in our process was great. The refi process was quick and easy. They kept up up-to-date every step of the way and we’re very responsive to any questions we had. Based on our experience And the offices handling our refinance, I would definitely recommend to others.
