For One Thing Iam Penny Mac Customer It Should Of Went Easy, But I Got Put On The Back Burner For Some Reason. For Just Refinace Loan For Lower Interest Closing Cost Way To High, Be Carefull Ask About Closing Cost.Penny Mac Needs Lower Those Closing Cost For Existing Customers.

Covid-19 and the high demand for refinancing (with such low interest rates) caused communication to suffer a bit. At times I was not sure of the status of my loan and where we were in the process.

I did not get acopy of final closing date documents 3 day earlier, which by law we suppose to get it. Unit that day I did not even know what I am signing.These are not the same estimate which my application got processed. Anyway I did signed.But i was not feeling happy at all.

The friendly, helpful input by the people at PennyMac to be sure I was getting what I was needing. I was looking for answers as to what do I want to do; refinance my home loan or keep the loan I already had, reverse mortgage, or what other choices would be of help to me.
