For One Thing Iam Penny Mac Customer It Should Of Went Easy, But I Got Put On The Back Burner For Some Reason. For Just Refinace Loan For Lower Interest Closing Cost Way To High, Be Carefull Ask About Closing Cost.Penny Mac Needs Lower Those Closing Cost For Existing Customers.
Covid-19 and the high demand for refinancing (with such low interest rates) caused communication to suffer a bit. At times I was not sure of the status of my loan and where we were in the process.
The team was great to work with. Very few minor issues like a document being requested twice, but overall a few smooth and easy process.

The person that came to our house couldn’t explain any documents. He just said sign here and here. When asked, he really couldn’t explain what we were signing. Probably not his fault because he wasn’t faxed the documents until minutes before closing. He was actually late, but did call us to let us know.
Everything done on time. The loan officer was easy to work with. The process was smooth and efficient.
