It was prostrating that I reply right away with email but still keep on getting the same request. And I think that’s why it took my refinance too long. I hope this is just because of the covid. I think overall I was a little upset because Pennymac posted something on my credit report about me not paying my mortgage when I was told not to so now it’s on my credit report that I haven’t paid my mortgage in two months which I was told not to pay
The best refinance experience ever!
Molly was really good. She had a couple of things come up (like changing the loan amount before signing) and then another challenge with getting final papers signed and she (and I know she was VERY busy) got back with me as soon as possible, and made sure the process moved on easily. She was very good to work with which made this process much easier.
