Icenia did a good job. I feel that Nick was very hard to get in touch with once I was in the process to see if I was able to adjust the rate to a better rate. All is all it as a fine experience.

Pretty much from start to finish it was unpleasant. I was contacted with basically the same general status each week. Nothing happened until rate lock due to expire. A closing that looked like they had never closed on a loan. Final estimate arrived when it was too late to use it. The notary was 2 hours late, he claimed he only received the final documents after the time he was supposed to be at my house. Wasn't provided a final copy of documents I had to sign. Loan didn't fund on day they said.

I think overall I was a little upset because Pennymac posted something on my credit report about me not paying my mortgage when I was told not to so now it’s on my credit report that I haven’t paid my mortgage in two months which I was told not to pay
