I did not get acopy of final closing date documents 3 day earlier, which by law we suppose to get it. Unit that day I did not even know what I am signing.These are not the same estimate which my application got processed. Anyway I did signed.But i was not feeling happy at all.

I have a hard time reaching my agent Alex. I emailed him, called him and left message but he doesn’t return calls until I email him twice. I even speak with his secretary or coworker asking for a call back. He never told me I had to paid a 1.67% point to get the 2.99% rate. I’m ok with paying the extra 3 grand for it. But he should have disclosed that information to me. I do like Tracy. She was patience and honest with me. Answered all my questions and concerns.
