The communication was terrible! The correct documents were never sent to use. I emailed a few times with absolutely no response. Our closing was canceled and we were never notified until the title company told us. It was a complete mess and we will never use Pennymac again or refer them to anyone

I had my original loan with Penny Mac so it was a very easy process for me. They had most of the documents that were needed. My refinace process was easy for me.

Tracy was extremely helpful, especially through my error in not having a current ID when the notary showed up. The process didn't move particularly quickly, but I know that's due to the current rate environment rather than anyone's work. I would absolutely use PennyMac again.
