The closing was fast and accurate on all levels.
I had to send the same documents numerous times. The only thing about this experience that was great was Tariah and Floyd. They were fantastic. The rest of the experience was extremely stressful and frustrating.

The staff was helpful and polite when it came to answering my questions. It was fast and easy to refinanced my loan with a lower interest rate. Regarding my mortgage, I saved $650 a month. I’ll stay w/ Pennymac because of their excellent service.
My only issue is that I was informed of my closing amount just the day prior. Other than that, I had no issues and my experience was seamless.
Give John a raise!!!! He was awesome. Turned a bad experience into a phenomenal experience And save me a ton of money.

My experience with PennyMac has always been great. Jarett Delbene and Brittany Claypool was a pleasure to work with, Jarett made my application process very simple and explained the process in great detail. Brittany walked me through my loan process until closing, keeping updated through out the process, she is very kind, patient and understanding. The PennyMac team is very knowledgeable about there products and services. Overall, the customer service I received is Amazing!
Communications were clear and concise. Online documentation made it painless and quick. Great overall experience.
