This is more of a concern with the company than with my loan officer. First, for closing, I was sent an employment verification for a government employee when it was extremely clear that was active duty. That made me spend excessive time trying to figure out a system that I did not even belong to. Second, it seems that the departments within Pennymac do not communicate. Pennymac owned my original loan and kept demanding payments even though I was refinancing and told not to make any more payment
John Buchanan was very responsive and followed-through with communications to keep me up-to-date with my refinance application.
