Closing was delayed because paperwork had not been received. Overall an easy process.
Very easy and great communication
The process was handled very professionally and they took the time to walk through each step with me. I was very impressed with how easy this was. I was very hesitant at first because my husband always handles our finances and he had a stroke. I would recommend PennyMac to anyone that is interested in refinances. A special thank you to Jane Riley that took the time to explain everything on my first call and Carmelita Villarreal that handled each step. Thank you.
