Easy process
in short, it was a fiasco from beginning to end but they only allow 500 characters so I won't go into detail. Very poor service. Wrong information on closing documents and BLANK documents they wanted us to sign. Unnecessary costs incurred (2 appraisals). Resending of documents and HR employment verifications again and again and again that they claimed to not get but then verified they did in fact have them all.....and that's the short version.
The process was handled very professionally and they took the time to walk through each step with me. I was very impressed with how easy this was. I was very hesitant at first because my husband always handles our finances and he had a stroke. I would recommend PennyMac to anyone that is interested in refinances. A special thank you to Jane Riley that took the time to explain everything on my first call and Carmelita Villarreal that handled each step. Thank you.
