The entire process was quick and painless. Everyone I dealt with on the PennyMac team was kind and knowledgeable.
Tracy Parker was very friendly and very professional. All expectations for paper work, documentation, and closing schedule was maid very clear. Tracy was also kind enough to provide timely updates on the loan process. I will be recommending PennyMac to friends and family.

Carmelita honestly made this experience for me so much better. I kept running into delays that were neither her fault nor my own and regardless of that she figured it out for me in a timely fashion. This woman should be running the company for how hard she works and how much she cares. When other people at PennyMac weren’t meeting their deadlines she pushed to get them to get it done right away. I don’t think I would have taken this all the way without her, to be honest. Give her a raise!!!
PennyMac was awesome from start to finish, could not be happier.
It was difficult to work with a "team" rather than only communicating with one person throughout the process. I was given incorrect information a few times by other member's of Lana's team that caused me unnecessary stress. Working directly with Lana would have made things much more smoother and less confusing. Lana was great to work with and took care of situations that others on her team had made. Again, working with Lana was great and she was easy to work with.
Everyone was knowledgeable and professional and extremely helpful
