Kami was great. She was very responsive and provided me with an update every week whether or not I reached out to her.
My experience was a disaster. The first contact with the loan officer Tiffany Lewis was fast, efficient and flawless. It was on Monday March 30th. We had the loan app and documentation submitted in the first 36 hours. Then it fell apart. Two months later we finally closed. I'm more than willing to share the entire story but I'm limited to what I can write in this comment. I must get in a thank you for Nancy Milla saving the day and Also Hermes (did not get last name) for his kind act.

Our experience with the Mac team was unsurpassed. It started with Kuno Kailbars and was off the charts with how he explained everything to us. Then Lana Thomas was also Unbelievable with how she communicated with us at every level. We would definitely refer you and use you again.
I would of appreciated more communication with me and the lender on changes and documents.
