My experience was a disaster. The first contact with the loan officer Tiffany Lewis was fast, efficient and flawless. It was on Monday March 30th. We had the loan app and documentation submitted in the first 36 hours. Then it fell apart. Two months later we finally closed. I'm more than willing to share the entire story but I'm limited to what I can write in this comment. I must get in a thank you for Nancy Milla saving the day and Also Hermes (did not get last name) for his kind act.

We are very satisfied on how Lana and her team supported us in the process of our Home Refinance all the way. Her team especially Adrianna answered all my email question right away, it makes us feel secured and important to them. I will hightly recommend this team!! Brett has a very personal touch. He walked me through every step and got things done 2 weeks ahead of schedule and was just overall a model of customer service. 10/10 would recommend him
The refinance options were clearly laid out to me, and the communications were very clear throughout. The timeline to closing was even quicker than I imagined. Very satisfied!
