We shared our goals with the loan advisor and he made it happen. What made the experience great is that we got good information which helped us make good decisions. We made the new loan in a timely manner. The loan process was transparent and there were no surprises. We appreciate Penny Mac and the service we have come to expect from them. Bravo Zulu from the folks at Circle house and carry on.

It was easy and quick process.
The only issue we had was the process of leaving my name off title but on the loan. We were emailed/called several times to confirm this information and then when the first closing came the documents were not correct. I was not upset at this overall, however, I emailed that night to let PennyMac know of the error and see when we could get rescheduled I did not receive a call back. I had to call in, leave a message and email to make sure the closing documents were correct.

Regina was very helpful in clearing up some issues we had and communicating with our loan officer.
From the start of the process to the end I got prompt and wonderful customer service. Thank you for making this easy during an uncertain time :) 😃
