The only issue we had was the process of leaving my name off title but on the loan. We were emailed/called several times to confirm this information and then when the first closing came the documents were not correct. I was not upset at this overall, however, I emailed that night to let PennyMac know of the error and see when we could get rescheduled I did not receive a call back. I had to call in, leave a message and email to make sure the closing documents were correct.

I began the process in January 13th, it wasn't completed until May 5th. The amount to close was wrong, TWICE. My documents needed to be signed TWICE, because the first notary did not know what he was doing, didn't speak English and wouldn't call anyone with questions. I have two mortgages with PennyMac, this was just a refinance with an additional paydown of principal. I'm not sure what took so long.
