I was charged double for the appraisal fee ($445 on 4/6 and again on 4/9). In spite of speaking with individuals on 4 occasions as well as multiple emails to my reps, no one seems to be able to get my money returned to me. I even sent pics of my PNC bank statement activity showing both transactions, and those were supposedly sent directly to the manager in charge of returning my money. Even that seems to have fallen short of Penny Mac doing what they are supposed to do.
Definitely a 5 star rating. Marlon and Cheree' were great to work with, communicated effectively and were always responsive to any of my questions. Cheree' also was able to push up the closing date to an earlier date because everything was ready and on time.
Raveena was very friendly and easy to work with! Also very communicative and knowledgeable. The one complaint I have is that your reps don't seem to have direct phone lines. It would be nice if I didn't have to wait to talk to someone who isn't even the agent I'm accustomed to. No complaints on Raveena though, just great things on her!

Emails were not promptly returned. Closing date changed three times.
Great experience! They even came to my work to sign the closing documents. Process was extremely easy and they made it as convenient as possible.
