We are like most people, we were a little confused about the process and concerned if we would benefit from the refinance and the new mortgage payments. The PennyMac people showed confidence in the process and their program. The numbers and dates we were quoted in the beginning were very accurate and timely to the closing date, even sooner. At times the situation seemed vague, now as we look back, everything went smooth. This is our second loan through PennyMac. Thank you.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Everything was clearly communicated. We closed on time and the staff were great. If we had a question they were able to answer them in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Pennymac.

Brent was great. Every time I had a question he reached out and made sure to answer it. He was very helpful and made the process easy.
Even when we faced little hiccups in the process He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Kept us informed the whole process.
Process was fairly straightforward. Customer service was good considering many employees working remotely. There was a 3 hour time difference between my location and PennyMac Hq. That meant l received emails in the PM. Oh well.
Fast, professional, great job on getting everything together especially considering the current situation with most folks having to telecommute.
