Nichole was not good at responding to emails or voicemails, she did not clearly set expectations for the final closing amount, and she basically disappeared in the final week and we had very little communication. Also, the loan almost fell through because the team never reached out to my employer, then suddenly with 3 days to close there was a mad scramble to verify my employment. This was highly disorganized and I would not recommend working with this team.

Application questions regarding aged-out foreclosure events were written in such a way it would have been illegal if not disclosed. The application might be enhanced to read: Have you had a foreclosure within the last 10 years? Instead of: Have you had a foreclosure?

There was a lot of communication problems by both parties and Lana would get snotty with me. I didn’t know I was on a limited cash out loan until the day before closing. I didn’t want cash out at all. I found out I had 800 dollars in back taxes but PennyMac was the escort holder!
