I like the weekly email updates even if there nothing going on. At least i know we are on track and just waiting for the stuff to process.
I began the process in January 13th, it wasn't completed until May 5th. The amount to close was wrong, TWICE. My documents needed to be signed TWICE, because the first notary did not know what he was doing, didn't speak English and wouldn't call anyone with questions. I have two mortgages with PennyMac, this was just a refinance with an additional paydown of principal. I'm not sure what took so long.
Everything went smooth on every step more than I expected. Closing time few days more than what's the goal(45 days) great job .thank you
