We shared our goals with the loan advisor and he made it happen. What made the experience great is that we got good information which helped us make good decisions. We made the new loan in a timely manner. The loan process was transparent and there were no surprises. We appreciate Penny Mac and the service we have come to expect from them. Bravo Zulu from the folks at Circle house and carry on.
Clinton Martin was amazing. He was so helpful and followed up with my concerns. Amazing loan agent that you guys have working for you. I will definitely refer someone to penny Mac just base on the experience I had with Clinton Martin.
