Simply speaking, what I could only expect from Peoria Ford. The worst ever. AJ the service (so called) manager, said yeah, bring your car back in and Ill make sure the tire rotation is completed. I also had other WARRANTY service to be completed. Long story short, again the rotation again not completed. WHAT! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR BACK TO PEORIA FORD
Peoria Ford strikes again. Was in for the 5k check. That should if included tire rotation. At check out with service advisor there was no review of work performed. Later found rotation was not completed. Now I have to return to get that done. (Another 2 hr wait)
Im not as impressed as Ive been in the past. I asked numerous times for the service advisor to check on the air conditioning, but nothing was done. I was promised that they would assist on my car rental, but I was told that they would not when I picked up up the car. I went to return the rental car, my son called me over and pointed out a big crack on my windshield. The service advisor just pulled out one of the numerous papers that I signed stating that it was a possibility.
Charges 80$ more than other local Ford dealerships for oil change, and twice the time. Was told they charge more cause of there location. Then they tried to up sell me on 20 different things they said needed replaced on a brand new truck.
They were unable to diagnose the problem after 2 weeks in the shop. Did not keep us advised of no progress being made. Will never use again.
My car was damaged during serving. Dealership said they would call neck with resolution and never did.
I did a little test with change in my drivers door, when I got my vehicle back $1.00 in quarters was missing, so someone in the service department decided that it was his right to take money out my drivers door handle. I called and complained, I do believe that someone returned my call but we got disconnected. Its pretty sad that your employees feel the need to steal from your customers. Well for one dollar they have cost your dealership 1000s of dollars in future business.
Did not inpect pan protector came loose on trip to California
