dropped off my car on Monday, and they lost my car for a day, they had it until Friday and never got the part installed. I have never had a problem with Peoria Ford but this time I've never been so mad at how things were handled, I will be taking it somewhere else. THEY HAD IT FOR 5 DAYS!!!

I went to view a car that was not available. They made an appointment the person who made the appointment wasnt even working that day.
I had a bad experience. I don't think I'll return to this dealership.

We bought a Chevy from a Ford dealer. They should not sell cars they know nothing about.
The odometer was clocked on this car. I sold it in May with 167,000 miles.

They did not run it through the quick wash like they said before taking the vehicle.
As you would expect from a dealer. I was in at 7am for my 7:20 appointment. Service writer Carlos wrote my service invoice and in conclusion said it would be about 2 hours. So I said Id be back to PU, and he said he would call me. (I have a live camera inside my car showing instant actively to my iPhone.) The live video indicated the car was immediately taken and serviced. It was finished and put back at the service drive at 7:56. Never getting a call of competition, I PU @ 8:51 on my own.
