I went in for my brakes squealing every time I stop. They did not fix it and said there was nothing they could do. My truck has less than 13,000 miles and has been doing this for months.

Very pleased.1st time at your location. You took my truck in at the time scheduled. Previous dealer set appointment then told us would take 3 days. Needless to say we didn't leave it. Have nothing but trouble with previous dealer. Your waiting room was very clean and comfortable. Did miss the coffee, however I do understand why its not available.

Over $3K and four weeks to replace a clutch with OEM parts. Car returned very dirty; clearly left outside the entire time. Asked for a oil change since they had my car for that extreme amount of time for a basic 2-3 hour job, but it was never performed. Very dissatisfied and will never return.

I requested my water sprayer to be fixed and it was not touched bell ford does the samerefer to invoice shows fixed which is a complete lie .I would expect to be contacted and my next service THE WORKS be comped .very upset with BELL AND NOW PEORIA just the run around

dropped off my car on Monday, and they lost my car for a day, they had it until Friday and never got the part installed. I have never had a problem with Peoria Ford but this time I've never been so mad at how things were handled, I will be taking it somewhere else. THEY HAD IT FOR 5 DAYS!!!
