Dr Smith and Nurse Amy were pleasant. The front desk person was unpleasant. Arriving the computer and or person on the phone was more important. Checking out: someone else came to help. It wasn't busy. I walked out of an office ready to pay. Stood where I thought would get service. Left side serviced/checked out two customers before the guy in front of me stopped doing computer work to check me out.

We've been taking our cats here for over 10 years. We use them for regular veterinary care and also for boarding when needed. While this place isn't cheap--I suspect very few vets are what we'd call "affordable," I've always appreciated how loving all staff are towards any pet we've brought in--whether they were easy to handle or a bit spicy. Staff is amazing they always treat me and my frenchie like family Mylo loves going to the vet and for a frenchie I've heard that's really weird doctor always has the answers am looking for and the nurses always treat us with the attention we need thank you doctor and staff

I have been bringing my dogs here for 3 years now maybe a little longer. after not having the best luck with veterinary care here in Fresno, I was referred to them. I can not say enough good about the girls and guys in the back, what a great team they have. they listen, they understand, it's not about money they really seem to care about your animals. they are very accommodating, I just appreciate this place, and am very grateful I found them.

We have been having our Buddy cared for and boarded him at Pet Medical since he was a puppy, he is now 10 years. Just recently he has been experiencing a problem with a serious condition and he was seen by Dr. Dougherty and assistant Jackey. I cannot say how satisfied we are with Dr. D examination and treatment and how they both cared for him. Ellery, my cat, and I had a great visit! She is extremely contrary to getting her nails trimmed, but Amy is a pro! It was the easiest and quickest visit ever. Thank you!

Pet Medical Center & Spa is a pretty neat place! We have been utilizing their services for both our dogs and cats ever since relocating to Fresno from the Bay Area six years ago. We recommend that all newcomers check them out at least once!

This is the only place I want to take my dog in the future. They got me an appointment quickly and when we got there I didn't wait an hour in the lobby. The vet and vet tech were very kind and thorough with the exam. They were more thorough than other places I've taken my dog. I saw on other reviews there was an issue and I don't understand how that happened. When I asked about pricing they went over all options with me. I knew how much I was going to spend.
