We've always left our furry friends with a parent or family friend. We've always found it annoying to keep calling them and checking on the pups. We've also adding a forth one so we decided to go with pet medical and day spa boarding for this last trip. Not only did they allow all four of them to be together in a room, but provided affordable play time so the dogs could have some fun. They also provided an amazing service that allowed us to view them as they sleep or play. They dogs had and amazing time and we had an even m... read more
09/14/16 I updated my review to five stars since Kelly the Manager is dealing with the incident; with the exception of this individual. It is an exemplary place to take your loved pet. I appreciate Kelly calling my husband and speaking to him about the incident. Due to her professionalism. I'm willing to upgrade the review. I still stand firm on the fact that their receptionist needs to be terminated. But that's the responsibility of management to decide if this individual is going to cost them more good than bad. My dogs and cat did very well there. When I looked at them their tails were always wagging. I know their disposition by their tails. Thanks for taking great care of them.
Clean facility, great doctors and a friendly staff. This place has it all!
Our ACT dogs, Phoebe & Joey, have been cared for at PMC since they were pups. We are very pleased with the care they receive from Dr. Dumars & her staff. They are all professional, friendly, thorough and responsive to the healthcare needs of our dogs. Our dogs also attend daycare one day each week and they stay at PMC when we travel. Knowing they are so well cared for allows us to travel without guilt for leaving the babies. We would not consider allowing anyone else to care for Joey & Phoebe!
I really appreciate the staff here. They are conservative compared to other vets who can go a little crazy with "add on services"....it's refreshing to have a vet where they genuinely care and aren't out to rip you off. Would recommend.
The only place I will ever let take care of my dogs. Best veterinarians, doggie daycare, and boarding in town!
This is the first time I've boarded my dogs at pet medical center and I was somewhat worried but they did great and the staff was wonderful. Every time I called to check on them the staff was great. I will use them again.
Me and my doggy, Chance loved it here!! You can tell everyone there loves animals. They provided me with a lot of information and made me feel comfortable.
