I have been a loyal customer since Dr. Dumars was located at Bullard and First. I have brought my cats and dogs in for medical care, boarding, and day care. The vets, techs and receptionists have always been extremely helpful, kind and understanding. They are very good at what they do and how they do it. I've had to put down several pets over the years and they treated me and my dying pet with dignity and respect. If I have needed to get in right away due to an emergency, they made it happen. They were wonderful--able to take my cats on short notice when our pet-sitting fell through. They housed my cats together, called to check with me when there was any issue, and were generally kind and easy to work with.

I have never left Winston my Old English Sheep dog at any facility before. I have taken him twice to Pet Medical ctr. He is not stressed when I pick him up. It may be a bit expensive but the piece of mind that Winston is well cared for in a clean, safe facility, with air conditioning and not in a metal cage all day is worth it to me. Winston is dog aggressive so he gets the spa treatment with a large room, a television, walks outside, play time and attention I like this facility for him very much.

Update 6/9/17: I got a personal phone call from Kelly this morning offering a refund for the medications that were charged in error for $88.03. I appreciate the effort to make it right and have updated my review from 1 to 3 stars. Original Review: I have used the doggy day care, vet care and grooming services here so I'll review them all: Doggy Day Care: I only did this once because it cost me $100 for both my dogs for one day. I have been coming here for 10 years now , I believe the staff is very friendly and efficient! The vets are kind and thorough with my pets! This office has so much more to offer than just Medical care!!!

We've always left our furry friends with a parent or family friend. We've always found it annoying to keep calling them and checking on the pups. We've also adding a forth one so we decided to go with pet medical and day spa boarding for this last trip. Not only did they allow all four of them to be together in a room, but provided affordable play time so the dogs could have some fun. 09/14/16 I updated my review to five stars since Kelly the Manager is dealing with the incident; with the exception of this individual. It is an exemplary place to take your loved pet. I appreciate Kelly calling my husband and speaking to him about the incident. Due to her professionalism. I'm willing to upgrade the review. I still stand firm on the fact that their receptionist needs to be terminated. But that's the responsibility of management to decide if this individual is going to cost them more good than bad. My dogs and cat did very well there. When I looked at them their tails were always wagging. I know their disposition by their tails. Thanks for taking great care of them.
