I personally have never dropped my dogs off here but several years ago when my corgi and her son got out they were lucky enough to be picked up by one of the employees. I got a phone call at work to let me know that Roxie and Jack were in good hands. Since I worked in Reedley at that time I was told no problem they could stay the day. Yesterday on 10-11-16 I took my little kitten into PMC and found out my little Booboo Kitty has a terminal virus, I am absolutely heartbroken. Dr. J. and vet tech Ashley were absolutely AMAZING !!! So sympathetic and very, very sweet. I got a follow up phone call, they wanted to know how my baby was doing, and Ashley even asked if I minded if she could keep in touch to check up on my little Booboo.
