I had been searching for another vet after the horrible experiences I'd had at Banfield. Did A LOT of research and landed on Pet Med Center & Spa. From the first conversation I had with the administrative staff, I knew this was the place I wanted to take my pups. Fast forward a month and my experience there has been absolutely wonderful! They've done surgery on one of my dogs and they did a dental cleaning for the other and the experience has been top notch. They care for your pets as if they were their own. My dog was well taken care of at Pet Medical Center from the time of the initial exam to my dogs treatment to the very end. They followed up & made sure he was doing better. Everyone was helpful, friendly & patient with all my questions & concerns. Thank you!
Sadly, I brought my son's pet guinea pig in for cremation services. From the time I called to inquire on services to the moment I stepped foot inside the facility I was pleased. Very polite and attentive. I imagined I would have to sit there with our deceased pet until they finished my paperwork and transaction but as soon as I announced why I was there one of the staff members took him away so I didn't have to carry him in his container the whole time. In my 10+ years of owning dogs, I feel like PMC has been the best veterinarian I have visited. The staff members are extremely attentive to my anxious dog and understanding about her needs. Since my dog does better there when I'm not around, I usually send Dr. Govea a long list of questions and concerns via email before our appointments. I have been going here for over 2 years and I love this place. Dr Govea is so kind and patient with my dog. She answers all my questions and I never feel like they are rushing me out the door. Unfortunately im moving states, but I wish I could take her with me because everyone is so nice and helpful there. Thank you for all you guys do at Pet Medical Center.
Pet MedicalCenter & Spa has been our go-to for vet, boarding, and grooming for eight years. Now our dog is a senior and still getting the best care. The place is clean and comfortable, the staff happy, friendly, and efficient. We trust them.

Very clean, spacious practice with mostly nice staff. We've used the doctors, the boarding, the groomer and, sadly, the euthanasia room. Everything here is a little pricey. Example: fecal test is 15% higher here than at other vets. We love the boarding and the docs. Dr Johnston is one of our heroes and now, Dr Davis is too. She gave us very complete information and answered all of our questions. One of the nicer practices in Fresno or Clovis.
They are great. You can tell they really care about our pets. They are thorough and get your ok before doing tests.,, Doctors take their time explaining and answering questions. Now, during Covid-19, they use great precautions and make everyone feel cared for and safe.
My dog Dash loves his buddies at doggie daycare! He gets so excited whenever we approach the driveway! Thank you for taking such good care of him!
