Nice and clean, staff friendly. Watched live videos while Sibley "Pitbull " was staying at a hotel. Loved how they responded when I called. For reservations they provide detailed information so you won't have questions.. will we go back?! Yes definitely.
I've been taking my dogs to PMC for over 10 years now and have always had a great experience. My pets are always examined very thoroughly and I feel confident that they are doing what is best for my pets. I'm always given all of the options for treatments and never feel like I am pressured to pick one over the other. After all, I take my pets to the vet hospital because I am not a vet, they're the professionals. My experience with pet medical Center & Spa was the best I've ever had with my pet .I have 3 granddogs & I will now only allow my kids to take my granddogs their . They have great hands on & very friendly, easy payment plans & take care of your love ones like their own
I had been searching for another vet after the horrible experiences I'd had at Banfield. Did A LOT of research and landed on Pet Med Center & Spa. From the first conversation I had with the administrative staff, I knew this was the place I wanted to take my pups. Fast forward a month and my experience there has been absolutely wonderful! My dog was well taken care of at Pet Medical Center from the time of the initial exam to my dogs treatment to the very end. They followed up & made sure he was doing better. Everyone was helpful, friendly & patient with all my questions & concerns. Thank you!
Sadly, I brought my son's pet guinea pig in for cremation services. From the time I called to inquire on services to the moment I stepped foot inside the facility I was pleased. Very polite and attentive. I imagined I would have to sit there with our deceased pet until they finished my paperwork and transaction but as soon as I announced why I was there one of the staff members took him away so I didn't have to carry him in his container the whole time. In my 10+ years of owning dogs, I feel like PMC has been the best veterinarian I have visited. The staff members are extremely attentive to my anxious dog and understanding about her needs. Since my dog does better there when I'm not around, I usually send Dr. Govea a long list of questions and concerns via email before our appointments.
